Some important points to
consider when choosing a
voice broadcasting provider.
- Is billing done on a per call, per successful delivery, or on a timed basis? (Generally, timing from "pick to hang up" is much less.)
- Is there a charge for busies and/or no answers? (Why pay for calls that don't get through?)
- Are calls delivered over fiber optic or Voice Over Internet? (VOIP has reporting problems.)
- How are messages recorded? (Recording over the phone is the easiest, but you might want to upload .wav files too.)
- Is there a "do it yourself" web interface or can the whole project be managed for us? (We do both!)
- How easy is it to reach a live person for help? (Call us and find out.)
